I provide support and resources to all birthing people. I am actively working to create an environment within my relationships and community where families of all races, belief systems/religions, marital status, income, age, cultures, gender identity or sexuality feel seen, heard, respected, and safe.

I am your fiercest advocate

You have your own voice and I want to honor and amplify you.

I work to make sure that

• Your voice is heard

• The preferences and values that are important to you and your family are respected

• Decisions are not being made for you

• Your care team is actively engaging with you

So that you can make autonomous choices about your birth, your body, and your baby.

I have a firm belief that every part of what you feel & what you experience are real and valid. Every choice that you make is the best choice for you and your baby and you are the most reliable source of information on your own process! I believe in your strength, capacity and voice. I will listen and make space for you.

I am your witness

This is your journey and no one else’s. I see you and stand with you as you navigate this process. I am present with you both physically and emotionally as you live through your own experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
